Located on the border of Senegal and Mauritania, along the Senegal River, the Sheikh Zayed Village in Diakré comprises 51 private houses, a mosque, a literacy center, and a maternity ward. The project beneficiaries are Mauritanian refugees who fled the country during the war. Situé à la frontière du Sénégal et de Mauritanie, au bord du fleuve Sénégal, le <i>Sheikh Zayed Village</i> de Diakré est constitué de 51 maisons privées, d'une mosquée, d'une salle d'alphabétisation et d'une maternité. Les bénéficiaires du projet sont des réfugiés mauritaniens qui ont quitté le pays durant la guerre.
